About Us

When the owners came to this area as a married couple. one was a medical school student, the other a lawyer from NYC.  With a small dog, it was difficult to find housing fit for their needs.  Years later, they have developed and designed these units with personal knowledge about what graduate students and young professionals need to succeed in comfort.

Centrally located, with private entrances and parking, 15-17 Broad Street is steps from the Binghamton University Health Sciences Campus, including the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences, as well as UHS Wilson and Lourdes Hospitals. 

In addition to included water, maintenance, and trash and garbage service, the team has arranged additional optional services to facilitate your comfort including: laundry and dry cleaning service, housekeeping service, and grocery store pick up!  Construction of the on-site laundry room is underway!
